Zikora Ibeh is a researcher, writer, and development advocate with a passion for social justice, gender equity, and transformative change. Her work interrogates power structures and examines how environmental challenges, shrinking civic space, and gaps in public services affect the realisation of fundamental human rights.

Through action-driven research, grassroots organising, public policy and media advocacy, she works to create meaningful change. Her by-lines have appeared in International Politics and Society, Women’s Media Center, World Politics Review, Brave New Europe, and the Institute of Development Studies, among other reputable publications and institutions. She works at Corporate Accountability and Public Participation Africa as the Assistant Executive Director.
