Opeyemi is a driven and results-oriented team player known for her analytical mindset and polished professionalism. She maintains a commitment to ongoing self-education in order to stay at the forefront of effective team collaboration methods, recognizing that a one-size-fits-all approach is seldom effective.

With a bachelorā€™s degree in health education from the University of Ilorin and a continuing pursuit of a master’s degree in public health education, Opeyemi boasts a strong academic foundation. She is further distinguished by her certification in Project Management in Health and her membership in the Health Education Practitioners (Registration) of Nigeria (HEPN).

Drawing from her extensive years of experience background in project coordination and management, operations administration, advocacy, and policymaking, Opeyemi has cultivated invaluable expertise. She has effectively partnered with governmental bodies, stakeholders, and collaborators to drive positive change.

Opeyemi’s career includes roles as a program associate with White Ribbon Alliance Nigeria, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to women’s and girls’ access to quality healthcare, as well as an administrative officer for the Niger State Ministry of Health’s Saving One Million Lives Program for Results (SOML PforR).

Currently, she oversees the Sugar-Sweetened Beverage Tax (SSB) Campaign, where she excels in strategic planning, project coordination, implementation, and reporting. Her dedication to advancing public health and her unwavering commitment to impactful projects make her an invaluable asset to any team or organization.
