Holiness is a Commonwealth Scholar with a strong background in public policy, advocacy, and evidence-based campaign work. She brings over four years of experience from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), where she worked on financial inclusion, regulatory frameworks, and digital financial services such as the eNaira. She also served at the Office of the former Vice President of Nigeria, contributing to high-level national initiatives.
Holiness holds an MPhil in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Commonwealth Shared Scholar and winner of the Policy Analysis Exercise (Teamwork). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies from Bowen University, graduating as the best overall student in her department.
With her skills in data-driven research, strategic communication, and policy advocacy, Holiness is passionate about using campaigns to drive social and systemic change. Her expertise aligns strongly with CAPPA’s commitment to advancing water justice, environmental rights, and inclusive governance.
